Research Approach

Proactive AI & Robotics

I am a Graduate Student Researcher at KAIST (Rise Lab), advised by Prof. Kimin Lee. My research interests lie at the intersection of Physical AI and Human-Computer Interaction (HCI).

My goal is to develop proactive agents embedded in smart glasses and robots that seamlessly coexist with humans. I am exploring how these agents can utilize egocentric perception to understand user context and provide timely, adaptive support in physical spaces.

Previously, I spent several years in the industry, engineering large-scale IoT systems at SOCAR and designing cloud architectures at AWS. I now leverage that scalability to design robust AI that operates safely in the real world.
